Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

1. Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, "KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Görkem Havuz İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed

The following data is processed through the quote form on our website:

• Identity data: first name, surname
• Contact data: telephone number, email address, province and district
• Request data: pool type, approximate dimensions, the message you send
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser information (user agent), time of submission

3. Purposes of processing

• Preparing a price quote in response to your request and sending it to you
• Contacting you about your request
• Carrying out and recording service processes
• Ensuring information security and preventing misuse

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed by automated means, on the basis of the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — "the existence of explicit consent" and "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" — through the explicit consent you give on the form.

5. Transfer

Your personal data may be shared with our hosting and email service providers to the extent necessary to deliver the service. Transfers to authorised public institutions and organisations may be made where there is a legal obligation. Apart from this, your data is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

Quote requests are retained for the limitation periods prescribed in the relevant legislation, counted from the conclusion of the request; once the period expires they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrect
• Request deletion or destruction of the data
• Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result adverse to you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer loss because the data was processed unlawfully

8. Explicit consent

By ticking the consent box on the quote form, you give explicit consent to the processing of your personal data within the scope described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point.
