We build pools across Istanbul and Thrace.
Our base is in Büyükçekmece. Our core area is western Istanbul and Thrace, the belt where summer houses are concentrated. We also work across the rest of the Marmara region.
Our core area is the western belt
We are based in Büyükçekmece, and most of our work sits on the belt running west from here: Silivri, Çatalca, Tekirdağ and Thrace. Houses with gardens and summer settlements are concentrated along it, and so are the pools. We take work elsewhere in Marmara too, but this is where the weight of it is.
Distance is part of the price
The same pool does not cost the same in Tekirdağ as in Bursa. Getting the team there, hauling materials and the time spent on site all change with distance. We do not hide this in the quote: where you are is part of the price, alongside the size of the pool and the tiling. Being close works in your favour.
A summer-house pool is a different job
In a house used seasonally the pool sits empty most of the year. Winterisation, opening the season and checks while you are away need their own routine. On the coast, wind and salt come into it as well. We discuss all of this before building a pool for a summer house.
Why we keep the area limited
A pool is not finished on the day it is handed over. Clear water depends on the filtration system and regular maintenance, and when something fails someone has to be there the same day. If we cannot reach the site that day, both maintenance and troubleshooting slip. That is why we do not spread across the country.
Permits differ from district to district
A pool needs a permit, and the application goes to the district municipality. Required documents, zoning status and the process are not the same everywhere. You can follow it yourself or we can run it for you — which district you are in matters at this stage.
Ground and access are calculated per site
The quality of a pool shows during the soil survey, not when the water goes in. Bearing capacity, water table and slope can change within the same street. On top of that the excavator and the concrete pump have to reach the plot; narrow streets, garden walls and level differences shape the build plan. That is why the survey happens on site, and it is free.

Pools in winter: close it down or keep it running?
Both routes are valid, but one needs attention and the other discipline. The wrong route is the third one: doing nothing.
-
Permits and permissions for a pool
Building a pool requires a permit or permission. You can follow the process yourself or we can handle it — but either way it has to be settled before excavation.

What determines the cost of a reinforced concrete pool?
Pool cost comes down to volume, shape, ground, lining and equipment. The six points to settle before asking for a quote — and the item nobody asks about: running cost.
Let's talk about your project.
